The Blue Box began with a simple belief: before introducing another system, we should understand the people, the process and the problem it is meant to solve.
Why this exists
Many sole traders and small business owners are excellent at the work they do. The difficult part is turning that work into a business that can be explained, repeated, reviewed and shared.
How we think
We begin by observing what people experience, understanding why it keeps happening, asking better questions, mapping the work, trying something small and improving it.
Observe → Understand → Ask better questions → Map → Prototype → Test → Improve → Repeat.
